NoScroll Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

NoScroll is developed and maintained by Curizic Technologies, a company incorporated and operating in India, with its principal office in Pune, Maharashtra. All purchases are processed through Google Play.

We offer no-questions-asked refunds within the windows defined below. You do not need to provide a reason.

Refund Windows

Lifetime Premium. Eligible for a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. The window is measured from the transaction timestamp in your Google Play order history.

Subscriptions. Any recurring plan — monthly, quarterly, or annual — is eligible for a refund within 24 hours of the transaction being initiated. This applies to new subscriptions and automatic renewals alike. The reference point is the transaction timestamp, not when the app was first opened.

Prepaid Plans. Governed by Google Play’s standard refund policy. Submit prepaid refund requests directly through Google Play — we do not process these through our support channel.

How to Claim a Refund

The fastest route is through Google Play directly. Open play.google.com, go to your order history, find the NoScroll transaction, and submit a refund request. Google can process eligible refunds without our involvement.

If Google Play declines your request within the eligible window, write to us at [email protected] with your Google Play order ID and the email address on your Google account. We will take it up with Google on your behalf. We respond within three business days.

A Few Specific Situations

Payment deducted, no access granted. Before raising a refund request, sign out of the app and back in, or reinstall NoScroll, and wait up to 24 hours for the purchase to reflect. If access has still not activated after that, write to us and we will either restore it or process the refund.

Duplicate charges. This is a Google Play billing error. Contact Google Play support directly at support.google.com/googleplay with your order ID. We do not have visibility into payment records and cannot act on these cases.

Auto-renewal you did not intend. The 24-hour refund window applies to renewals as it does to new subscriptions. If you missed the window, write to us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review it.

Cancellation mid-cycle. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not generate a prorated refund for the remainder of the current period. Access continues until the paid period ends. A refund for the current cycle is only available if the request falls within the 24-hour window from the last charge.

Lifetime license on a new device. A lifetime license is tied to your Google account. Installing NoScroll on a new phone and signing in with the same account restores access. If that is not working, write to us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Purchases Outside Our Direct Scope

Purchases made through third-party gift cards or resellers are subject to the terms of those intermediaries. Curizic cannot process refunds for transactions it did not directly receive payment for.

Policy Updates

This policy may be revised from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Purchases made before any revision remain subject to the policy in force at the time of that transaction.
